1. When water is discharged through the nozzle, it flows through the edge of the nozzle hole and expands into a liquid layer. Due to the instability of aerodynamics, the liquid layer traps and splits into a slender tube-shaped thick and thin cylinder, and then becomes a droplet. The diameter of the droplet depends on the thickness and uniformity of the liquid layer, the stable liquid and the process.

2. After the internal pressure, the internal liquid squeezes into the nozzle, the blades inside the atomizing nozzle, and the high-speed liquid flows through the cyclone cavity of the blade to form a mist. The thickness of the blade is huge.

3. The nozzle aperture must be adapted to the nozzle so that the liquid impacts and rebounds to form atomized particles with a diameter of about 15-60 microns, and forms a spray through the nozzle outlet.
